Inland Announces 300,000SF Old National Marketplace
The Inland Atlantic Development division of Oak Brook, IL-based Inland Group announced a joint venture with Florida's Pointe Development Company and Atlanta-based Heritage Creek Development to bring a 300,000-square-foot retail center to life on 40 acres of land in College Park, Georgia. With an estimated cost of $39 million, Old National Marketplace is the second development to be announced by the new division, which was formed following Developers Diversified Realty's $6.2 billion ....
